Using the game

Chocolatier Tycoon is provided by Sadyr Studios for personal entertainment. You may play through supported web and app-store versions. Do not interfere with the service, exploit payment or reward systems, distribute malicious modifications, or use automated activity that harms other players or the service.

Accounts and saves

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device. Local saves can be lost when browser or app data is cleared. Backup and restore tools are provided as a convenience, but uninterrupted storage or synchronization cannot be guaranteed.

Virtual items and purchases

Coins, chocolates, Stars, Tickets, boosts, cosmetics, and other game items are licensed digital content and have no cash value outside the game. Optional purchases are processed by the applicable store and remain subject to that store’s payment and refund rules. Benefits are granted only after a purchase is verified.

Game changes

During development and live operation, balancing, prices, rewards, features, and availability may change. We aim to preserve legitimate paid entitlements and communicate material changes clearly.

Intellectual property

The game, original artwork, writing, interfaces, and branding belong to Sadyr Studios or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every software defect can be avoided. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
