This policy explains what Chocolatier Tycoon and Sadyr Studios process when you play the game, use account features, make a purchase, view an advertisement, or contact us.

Game data

The game stores progress, settings, inventory, achievement history, and save timestamps on your device. If you choose a supported account or cloud-save feature, the information needed to identify and synchronize that save may also be stored by our hosting provider. We use this information to provide the game, recover progress, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

Advertising

Optional advertisements may be offered in exchange for a clearly stated in-game reward. Advertising partners, including Google, may use cookies, device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads. Google may use advertising cookies to serve or personalize ads where allowed.

Where legally required, we will request consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before serving personalized advertising. You may decline an optional rewarded advertisement without losing access to normal progression. Advertising and privacy choices will be available from game Settings when production ads are enabled.

Purchases

Optional digital purchases are processed by the app store or platform you use. Chocolatier Tycoon does not receive your full payment-card details. We may retain product identifiers, transaction status, purchase tokens, and receipts needed to verify, deliver, protect, and restore purchases.

Analytics and diagnostics

We may receive limited technical information such as app version, browser or device type, crash details, performance measurements, and general feature usage. This information helps us maintain stability, balance progression, and understand whether features work as intended. We do not sell personal information.

Contact and support

If you contact us, we process the message, email address, and any diagnostic or save information you choose to provide so we can respond. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Retention and choices

Local saves remain on the device until they are cleared. Cloud saves, support messages, purchase records, and security records may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. You may decline optional ads and purchases, export your save, or contact us about a privacy request.

Children

Chocolatier Tycoon is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Store age ratings and regional requirements may impose additional protections.

Third-party services

The game may rely on hosting, app-store, payment, crash-reporting, and advertising providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. For information about Google’s advertising data practices, visit How Google uses information for advertising.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game and its services evolve. The effective date above will change when material revisions are published.
